I made about 60 of these for my mom's annual brunch/breakfast for her work. She wanted something festive, so I searched my recipe collection and found this one. They're very cute and quite festive. They're stuffed cherry tomatoes with onion, green pepper, salmon, cream cheese, and garnished with dill sprigs.
They were pretty delicious.  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. |
